Canada Protection Plan’s Term Insurance Portfolio Consists Of 3 Distinct Plans:

DEFERRED ELITE TERM INSURANCE

Deferred Elite Term is available for up to $350,000 for periods of 10 years, 20 years or 25 years and is designed for your applicants with less serious health conditions. Those who were previously declined for insurance may qualify for this plan.

18–60: 20 year term
18–55: 25 year term
18–60: Decreasing 25 year term
Face amounts Ages 18–70: $25,000–$350,000

Premium limitations Minimum annual premium: $150.00 / Minimum monthly PAC premium: $15.00.

Death limitations
(in addition to typical suicide and misrepresentation clauses)
The full coverage amount is payable if death occurs after two years or death is accidental. If death occurs in the 2nd year and is due to non-accidental means, then the death benefit is equal to 50% of the coverage amount. If death occurs in the first year and is due to non-accidental means, then the death benefit is limited to a return of premiums paid plus 3% simple interest.
Guarantees Premiums quoted in the policy are guaranteed not to change for the life of the policy.

SIMPLIFIED ELITE TERM INSURANCE

Simplified Elite Term is one of the few no medical plans available which provides immediate coverage. This plan is available for up to $500,000 for periods of 10 years, 20 years or 25 years and is designed for people who are in relatively good health or engage in extreme sports, or do not want to take a medical exam or provide a doctor’s report.

EXPRESS ELITE TERM INSURANCE

Express Elite Term has low rates for those in great health looking for No Medical life insurance. This No Medical plan offers up to $750,000 in coverage for ages 18-50 and up to $500,000 for ages 51-60. It is available as a Term 20 (ages 18-60) or Term 30 (ages 18-50). Coverage starts immediately and expires at age 80. If your client qualifies for Express Elite, they are pre-approved for Canada Protection Plan’s Critical Illness Insurance.

I recently received a decline from Primerica and I have other clients who are harder to insure. How do I contract with Canada Protection Plan?

The first step is to submit the contract form HERE. Don’t forget to upload a copy of your Life License(s) when you submit the form! Once your contract has been set up, you will receive a confirmation email. 

You can then register for our eApplication (eAccess) HERE.

Will my Canada Protection Plan selling code be the same as my Primerica Solution Number?

Your selling code with Canada Protection Plan is the same as your Primerica Solution Number but with the prefix ‘PR’ in front of it.
(ie. Primerica Solution Number 123AN = PR123AN)

I’m contracted with Canada Protection Plan! How do I submit business?

Once your account is set up with Canada Protection Plan and you receive a confirmation email, you can register for our eAccess platform here.
